Based on the comic book produced by a patient named Tanguy, this article focuses on understanding the specificity of the signifying system of comics in order to grasp the clinical qualities of this medium in the field of creation, and how it can illuminate certain psychic processes in the creative patient. Two reflections are explored: the first concerns the spatio-temporal inscription of the subject in his plate and the second concerns the transference movements that emerge in contact with this medium.
