Children Hearing Voices

Childhood hallucination most often manifests in the form of insults. It impels occasionally violent passages à l’acte that leave the child perplexed. This article proposes to explore how hallucination treats an overflow of jouissance in the body and to show, through two clinical vignettes, how the psychoanalytic approach operates in treating these phenomena.
